This episode of “The Transmission” takes a look at “S.O.S.,” the 18th episode of the second season of “LOST.” We recap the story in well under eight minutes, then spend some time discussing it in greater depth. Then, we turn it over to You All Everybody, featuring our brilliant listeners and readers. Then, in the Forward Cabin, we report what we can on the last month of production work here on “The Island.”

I can’t say I’m a big fan of spoilers. I believe that the type of information you reveal on The Transmission is pretty much what I need (maybe I should say “want”) to know about the upcoming episodes. But boy, does what I just heard leave me wanting more? I hope I can resist the temptation. Barely a month and a half for the new season!
Just listened to the Podcast. Loved it but in the forward cabin, I did not hear you talk about the video that has been released by Damon and Carlton, showing some footage from season 5, etc… Just thought you might have brought it up.
Ryan and Jen,
I wanted to thank you for taking your time to do this. I am a recent listener, and I didn’t realize how much I enjoyed the few of these re-watch episodes I have heard until I felt the disappointment that it would be a few weeks until the next episode. And today, I got that new episode. Thanks!
I have to say that I agree that the food drop is time-delayed…years-delayed, perhaps.
The littlest Taskmaster and I watched “Dave” (the end of which he proclaimed “Freaky!”) and “Lockdown” tonight, and I plan on getting my husband to watch “Two for the Road” with me in time to comment for your next show.
